Skilled Nursing Care Residence
We welcome questions and comments from residents, family members, and those interested in housing and health care for themselves or for loved ones. We also look forward to learning how we might serve your organization or community group with one of our many housing and health care services.
The Menorah Park Campus community provides the warmth, caring and friendliness typical of a thriving neighborhood. Whether you are choosing an active living residence, or need skilled nursing care for you or your loved one, we have a residential solution that is right for you. Learn more about A Day in the Life on our campus here.
Our administrators and admissions staff work as a coordinated team to help you make the best choice for you or your family. No matter where you begin your inquiry, we will help you figure out your best options whether the need is independent, assisted living or skilled care. In addition, our staff will provide options that may support needs at home.
For definitions of each living option, please refer to the resources on aging.
Each residence has a cost structure based on that residence’s service which is highly competitive. Please call the residence you are considering to discuss details on the services and costs. There are some outside sources that may defray your expenses. Please see below for details.
At the R.H. Myers Apartments, staff helps with cost comparisons. Apartments under the low income housing subsidy are available.
At both Stone Gardens and Wiggins Place Assisted Living Residences, your long-term care insurance policy and VA benefits could help cover the costs. Staff helps with examining your long-term care insurance policy to help you understand what is available.
At the Menorah Park skilled nursing residence, your long-term care policy may cover expenses. Medicaid is also an accepted source of payment if you are eligible. Our knowledgeable staff are here and ready to help you navigate options.
Our goal is to help our clients be as independent as they want to be. For some that may mean taking advantage of our many services to erase many of life’s challenges so you can have peace of mind and enjoy each day. For others, it may mean taking on old or new challenges and regaining that sense of control and energy that comes from charting your course in the world. For most of us, we fall somewhere in between. Our skilled staff will help you find your way as you make this your new home.
Our campus includes many amenities to help sustain independence and growth from dining services to lifelong learning and social experiences.
We know independence is defined differently for each individual and we find ways to help each person maximize whatever strengths exist, while helping to overcome any physical or memory issues.
The Menorah Park Campus is truly a community. The staff, residents, volunteers, and families are connected through an atmosphere of kindness, respect, and compassion. Rich diversity within the Menorah Park community results in ample choices for all interests, backgrounds, and experiences.
Each residence has a council of residents/tenants to help shape the environment, activities and programs. Staff grows to understand residents/tenants stories in order to create and support personalized experiences based on aspirations. Each person may engage in a daily life that is purposeful and meaningful to them. This could include a variety of engagement from entertainment, volunteering and community outreach and getting involved in future decision making within their residence.
We are proud of our legacy of excellence in the high-quality care and service that we have provided for more than 110 years. Our award-winning programs, residences, and services are made possible through our highly trained staff of experts.
We are proud to have a highly trained, compassionate, and caring staff that goes above and beyond for the residents on our campus. Our staff has a low turnover rate, and pride themselves in developing strong relationships with our residents, and fostering a strong community.
Our excellence in care can be seen in all that we do. We strive for the best for each resident, short-term patient, family member, and guest that walks through our doors.
