Deep Water Fit

Don a belt (or a noodle) and take it deep! Jog, jack, ski, and tuck for a water workout like no other. Experience the joys of working hard in the water with no impact on the floor at all! Joy will lead you in moves to strengthen your core, increase range of motion, and challenge your cardio in the deep water. No swimming skills are needed, however, a comfort in deep water is a must.
