Mindfulness and Its Effects on Health (Beginner)

You may have heard the word mindfulness getting thrown around quite a bit in this day and age and how its effects are reducing stress and improving the overall health and well-being of its practitioners. Ericka Szabo will lead you through a one hour presentation and open discussion on the essentials of mindfulness that will take you into a deeper understanding of what mindfulness is, its various styles, and how to utilize it to make the most of it in your day-to-day life. A variety of methods, techniques and interactive practices will be presented throughout the course so you can seamlessly connect to a practice that best suits you and your lifestyle.
