Graceful Aging Series ( Intermediate)

On Day 1 of the Graceful Aging class series, we will discuss Exercising the Brain. Learn why it is important to stay mentally fit as well as physically fit after 55 years of age. Day 2 will be a discussion about balance and posture. Join us to learn about techniques to beat gravity! On Day 3, we discuss the immune and endocrine system. Join us to learn what they do and how you can improve them!
