Week 1: This session will focus on music, memory and emotion
by using music as a guide and tool to give our memory a boost. Additionally, musical strategies to recall information and recall songs learnt many years ago will be explored.
Week 2: This session will focus on music and relaxation while utilizing music to enhance relaxation. A discuss of how music and relaxation can help to improve our ability to retain information will be incorporated.
