The Ohio Assisted Living Association (OALA) selected Menorah Park’s Stone Gardens Resident Associate Shaina Hester for its Honoring Excellence award in the caregiving category.
“Shaina represents the values the Ohio Assisted Living Association looks for in Honoring Excellence nominees,” OALA stated in its release.
Specifically, Shaina has consistently demonstrates dedication to individualized quality care, and especially during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. She genuinely cares for each resident in Helen’s Place, memory care residence within Stone Gardens, as family and is appreciated by staff, families and residents alike. She has been dedicated to her role for more than 12 years.
This award is given annually to outstanding employees that demonstrate vision, innovation, leadership and compassion in their role, by the Ohio Assisted Living Association (OALA), representing over 590 licensed Assisted Living Communities.
