Director The Menorah Park Foundation engages in fundraising and development to support Menorah Park Center for Senior Living, located in Beachwood, Ohio. Menorah Park is the largest nursing home/senior living campus and the fourth largest non-profit organization in Northeast Ohio. Its programs and services include Menorah Park nursing home, The R. H. Myers Apartments Independent and Catered Living, Wiggins Place and Stone Gardens Assisted Living and Residential Care, sub-acute and outpatient rehabilitation, hospice care, home health services, the Peter B. Lewis Aquatic and Therapy Center, the Mandel Adult Day Center, and FUNdamentals Childcare Center. The Foundation raises funds through an annual campaign, named-donor fund and other endowment development, and capital campaigns to support facilities, programs and activities of Menorah Park, and provide it with general operating support. The Foundation has embarked on an effort to endow the gap between government-funded nursing home reimbursement rates for indigent residents and the cost of excellent quality care. This long-term $100 million effort is predicated on motivating volunteers, Board members, friends, grateful residents and all clients of Menorah Park and their families to provide funds that assure quality of service and equality of access permanently. The effort is structured as a multi-year fundraising campaign. This position supervises two professional development officers and leads the team (including volunteers) which will develop and implement all aspects of a long-term planned giving and endowment fundraising campaign. The Director of Major Gifts / Endowment Campaign Director will implement the Endowment campaign, and develop and manage a personal portfolio of major gift and planned gift prospects, with full responsibility for managing and cultivating relationships which will lead to financial commitments. Qualifications and Expectations:
Class hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm. There
are 11 classroom days and 4 clinical practice days. No evening
classes are available. At the conclusion of the three week course
students will be eligible to sit for the State Test for nursing
assistants. Students will be considered for any open nursing
assistant positions if they successfully complete the course.
The state testing fee is paid only for those graduates who are

If a student is hired they will be required to attend an eight day orientation immediately following the class. The first two days of the orientation are 8:30AM - 5:00PM, days 3, 4, and 5 are 7:00AM - 3:30PM and days 6, 7, and 8 are scheduled on your assigned shift.
